Basic Process Trainings

In this training session, participants are provided with introductory level information such as the definition of the process, its basic components, why process management is needed, the outputs of the process and process owners.

 

Process Modeling Trainings

With the 5W1H method, end-to-end sample processes are modeled to ensure that participants gain self-confidence in process modeling. Interaction points between processes, relations with strategies, systems and documents, and some sample studies such as RASCI reports are also included in the training content.

 

Change Management Trainings

In this training, topics such as process change needs, points that trigger change, methods for communicating and evaluating requests, and affected processes by change are discussed. In addition, TO-BE process modeling and its implementation are shared in detail within the scope of change. "You will feel the change!"

 

Process Analysis Trainings

In this training, topics such as process analysis method, preparation of the question list, determination of scoring criteria, creation of a business plan, maturity level of a process, detection of improvement points and follow-up are explained in practice.

 

Process-Based Performance Management Trainings

Studies such as defining, formulating, monitoring and impacting process analysis on expected outputs from processes are discussed in detail through examples.
